Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Egypt are as follows:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team.
  • Fees may vary depending on location and order size.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across most locations in Egypt.
  • Customers are required to pay the full order amount upon delivery.
  • Rejected or uncollected COD orders may affect future order eligibility.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-shipping fees may apply.
