• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Items purchased during promotional campaigns (unless defective)

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

Exchanges

 

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect size.
• If you need an exchange, please contact us on page DMs with your order number and photos (if applicable).
